LIP presented LIPTec at Mostra Empresarial Braga

LIP took part in Mostra Empresarial and Qualifica-te Braga 2026, held on 28 and 29 May at Forum Braga, as part of the Braga Economy Weeks programme.
The Laboratory’s participation focused on presenting LIPTec, LIP’s interface for technological collaboration with companies, institutions and other partners.
“LIPTec builds on LIP’s existing experience in technological collaboration with companies and other partners. The aim is to make this connection more structured and proactive, linking the knowledge developed over 40 years of research to new technological challenges,” says Raul Sarmento, coordinator of LIPTec.
During the event, Raul Sarmento, coordinator of LIPTec, presented the project in a pitch dedicated to the connection between science, technology and innovation.
The participation helped introduce LIPTec to the region’s business and institutional ecosystem, at an event that brought together companies, research centres, universities, vocational schools and innovation-related organisations.
