SND@LHC Week in Lisbon

The members of SND@LHC, LHC's most recent experiment, traveled to Lisbon for its 17th collaboration meeting. The meeting took place June 11th to 14th, at the National Library of Portugal and at LIP.
The collaboration was established in 2021, with LIP being a founding member, it started taking data in 2022, and published the first physics results in 2023. In addition to taking and analyzing data from the current LHC Run3, the collaboration is preparing detector upgrades for operating in Run4, during the LHC high luminosity phase (HL-LHC).
The meeting included the presentation of the latest results, discussion and planning. The LIP students (PhD, MSc, and undergraduate) involved in the collaboration also had the opportunity to present the results of their research work.
The week coincided with the period of festivities in the city (Festas de Lisboa), complemented with an excursion to Sintra on the afternoon of Saint Anthony's Day.
