ORAL PRESENTATIONS: The total time allotted for each talk is 15 minutes, including 12 minutes for the presentation, 2 minutes for discussion and 1 minute for the introduction and change over of speakers. Thus, each presentation should take 12 minutes at most. A computer + data projector, as well as an overhead projector (for transparencies), are available. Speakers are kindly requested to inform the organizing committee icdl2005@lipc.fis.uc.pt, in advance, of the facilities they require for their presentation. In case of electronic presentation, they must provide the material on CD-ROM, floppy disk or pen flash memory, so that it can be transferred to a central server on site. Please save your presentation in a file giving your surname, first name and time, e.g. Smith_John_1430. It is mandatory that the CD-ROM, floppy disk or pen flash memory containing your presentation is delivered to the Conference Secretariat Desk the day before the session of the presentation. Your own laptops/notebooks are NOT allowed. The presentations may be in Microsoft Powerpoint PPT or in Adobe PDF formats (Do include especial character sets, if necessary). POSTER PRESENTATIONS: The poster should be presented on boards of 84 cm (wide) x 119 cm (high) (portrait orientation). Each poster should display the title, author(s), and affiliations of the work. Posters will be up at all time during the conference. They should be set preferably on Sunday June 26, from 14:00. to 19:00 p.m., or, otherwise, on Monday June 27, from 12:30 to 14:00. Their removal is scheduled for Friday afternoon. There will be three poster sessions:
Poster Session I: Monday June 27, 16:00-17:30
Authors are expected to be available for discussions during the whole session in which their contributions are presenting. Please check the conference program for the session of your poster.
