Registration information

• Complete the registration form and fax it (to ICDL2005 Secretariat, + 351 239 822 358) or send it by e-mail (to icdl2005@lipc.fis.uc.pt), along with the payment of the fee.

• Your registration will be valid only on receipt of bank transfer confirmation or credit card charge instruction. We will confirm the registration by e-mail. A receipt for the payment of fees can be obtained on-site at the registration counters.

• Please note that, in order to have a paper published in the proceedings, the registration fee of one of the authors of the paper must be received by ICDL2005 Secretariat not later than April 30, 2005. Otherwise, we will not be able to include the paper in the proceedings.

Conference fees
The registration fee for conference participants includes:

• Attendance of the scientific sessions
• Conference proceedings (printed and on CD-ROM)
• Lunches (from June 27 to June 30)
• Coffee breaks
• Welcome party and welcome reception
• Concert
• Conference dinner
• Mid day excursion

  Please, make sure that the name of the participant appears in the transfer order. A copy of the bank transfer order must be sent by fax.
• Visa or Master Card are also accepted. Please, fill up the Credit Card Payment Order ( doc pdf) and send it to the ICDL2005 Secretariat (+351 239 822 358 ) by fax. For security reasons, it is not advised to use e-mail for this purpose.

Cancelation policy

Refunds (less administration and payment expenses of 20%) will be granted to registered persons unable to attend, provided written notice is received by ICDL2005 Secretariat before 30^th May 2005. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 30^th May 2005. Please note that all refunds will be handled after the Conference.
